This restaurant is now starting to offer brunch on the weekends! Think outside the box (the box called IHOP) and take your frosh to Milk and Honey after the Duck Pond Run. While they think you’re a super hip Philadelphian, you can actually be a cheap (but still awesome) Heller. If you’re over the whole Hell Week gig, maybe brunch in Philly would be the perfect break you need. Whatever your reasons, check out the menu and the coupon.
