Spend some time in the theatre by checking out the Curio Theatre Company’s twist on the classic ‘Romeo and Juliet’! Their production features same-sex casting, proving “the universality of Shakespeare’s immortal tragedy of pure, teenage love.” The previews are on October 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 10th, and the opening night is October 11th. So, if you want to see this show, make sure to go as soon as possible, because it will only run until November 2nd! Tickets are very student budget-friendly: $15 for the previews, $20/$25 from Oct. 11 to Nov. 2. For more info and tickets visit: http://www.curiotheatre.org/romeo-and-juliet.html

Paramore Concert at the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ
Calling all Paramore fans! This rock band is going on another tour, the Self-Titled Tour, following the release of their latest album, ‘Paramore’, earlier in April 2013. They are performing in the Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, NJ (which is just on the other side of Philadelphia, across the Delaware River), on Friday, November 8th, at 7pm. Tickets are $52 and there are still some pretty good seats left. Getting to Camden is pretty easy – I would recommend taking a NJ Transit bus because it will probably take you to the Transportation Center which is just a few blocks away (totally a walking distance) from the venue. Here’s where you can get tickets:
